Favorite Scripture verse (and why): “Tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power and the wonders he has done… Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget his deeds but would keep his commands.” Psalm 78:4, 6-7. I believe I’ve been called to live this verse out through my life.
Special “God moment” you’d like to share: While at a prayer retreat, spending time in God’s Word, I was strengthened by the Holy Spirit as I meditated on the transfiguration and specifically Jesus’s words to Peter, “Rise and have no fear.” It was as if Christ was speaking those words to me in that moment, reassuring me it is by His strength that He has empowered me to do what He has called me to do.
What does Climbing For Christ mean to you? The Lord is truly using Climbing For Christ to accomplish the Great Commission and I’m so grateful to be able to be a part of what He is doing through C4C by participating in this Evangelical Expedition.
