Chapter's first meeting held Saturday, Dec. 3, 2005: “It was a pretty small turnout, with only four climbers and two wives with two kids showing up at the Seattle REI,” said Stefan “Stretch” Haller, the original chapter coordinator. “Two new members joined us as part of the four. We talked about each others’ testimonies and climbing experience. We also brought up the Pakistan Relief effort. After the meeting, a few of us went to a local gym, and hit it hard for a couple of hours. Good fellowship time.”
