Length of trip: 16 days. Team size: 2-4 members. Purpose: To survey Turkey’s Kurdish southeast and return to Mount Ararat to climb and continue building relationships among the semi-nomadic Kurds who spend summer months with sheep herds grazing on the 16,854-foot/5,137-meter mountain’s slopes.
