Discipling leaders

Mission Moment (Tuesday, July 24, 2012)

“...make disciples ...teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you ...” — Matthew 28:18-20 (NIV)

“Acting upon the Great Commandment, Save Pakistan started a Leadership Development Program (LDP) and Bible college in 2009,” said evangelist Haseeb, the founder of Save Pakistan. His ministry started new classes again this week. “Because of poverty many young people cannot afford to go abroad or attend other Bible colleges in Pakistan,” he said.

“About 70 pastors have been trained in the past two years, and they have gone into their villages and planted churches. Easy and simple Biblical teachings are provided to the Bible college students in their own language. We have a mission to produce leaders and put them in outreach village ministry.

“This year we have 30 young students who are very passionate to work for Jesus Christ, and learning the education to go in the harvest field to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. We have not a building for them right now; just hire a building in rent which we pay every month.

Please pray the Lord provides us building for them, and for the church.”
