Bibles delivered from heaven

The woman had a vision as she prayed to God. She saw a green Bible coming to her from heaven. A few days later, members of the Climbing For Christ-supported Save Pakistan Ministry arrived in the woman’s village. They were there to deliver Urdu-language Bibles.

The Bibles they brought were green.

“Praise the Lord,” said Evangelist Haseeb, Save Pakistan’s founder and a long-time C4C member. “God is moving in different ways.”

Save Pakistan delivered another 100 Bibles, purchased with funds provided by God through C4C members.  About 2,000 Bibles have been handed out since October 2011 through this partnership.

This was Save Pakistan’s first trip into a new area. “I did not have any idea that there was great need of Bibles,” Haseeb said. “I just took 45 Urdu Bibles. I promised them that I have 55 more Bibles and I will provide them soon as a Christmas gift because Urdu Bibles are the ever best Christmas gift. (The Bible) is more precious than all gifts.”

This Bible distribution – in late November – was “a good opportunity to meet new believers who are really hungry about the word of God,” Haseeb said. “They were so passionate. We had worship and prayers together to invite our King Jesus Christ among us. I shared the fresh Word of God with them that the Lord already put in my heart for them, and they responded to raise their hands to God for their blessings.

“I saw the Catholic church there and met the local priest of the Catholic mission. I also shared the reality of Jesus Christ with him and he responded to join us for the evangelism work in their area. That was really big victory for us. Praise the Lord for his incredible blessings.”

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” – John 1:1 (ESV)
