Mission Moment: Nepal (Dec. 28, 2012)

Climbing For Christ delivered "Operation Duffle Bag" gifts for the Project 1:27-sponsored orphans in Nepal during our November mission trip. These gifts were prepared by Rose Hill Baptist Church in Marietta, NY, USA. On CHRISTmas, Pastor Tej handed out the gift bags to the children (photos below).

“We had a great time on CHRISTmas,” Tej said. “We celebrated in the children’s home and distributed gifts we received. The children are so excited and happy. On behalf of them I want to thank those who made and sent the gift packages. Many, many thanks. The children are blessed and (the gifts) made them smile.”

The gift bags (above) contained washcloths, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, hair things for girls, small toys, pencils, and gloves.
