CHRISTmas in Malawi

It wasn’t A Night at the Museum, but the children supported by Climbing For Christ’s Project 1:27 did get a CHRISTmas visit to the Museum of Malawi. Donations by sponsors allowed Pastor Duncan Nyozani to give the children in his care gifts (new clothes and shoes), food (a special dinner and lunch in Blantyre after visiting the museum) and a field trip.

New clothes (above), food (below) and a trip to the museum (bottom) gave the children in Duncan’s care a joyous CHRISTmas. (Photos by Duncan Nyozani)

Climbing For Christ also helped children in Nepal and Pakistan enjoy a special CHRISTmas celebration. We give thanks to donors for helping to make this possible.

“We are thankful to C4C for supporting our children,” said Pastor Tej Rokka of ministry partner SARA in Nepal.

On Friday, Dec. 22, they celebrated with singing, dancing, food, and cake as well as gifts of warm clothes. This celebration continued in worship on Saturday (when churches gather in Nepal), and through CHRISTmas eve and CHRISTmas day.

“They all are so happy,” Tej said. “Praise God!”
