Redeeming King,
Today, we pray for liberty for those who are bound. Jesus, You came to this earth to “set the captives free.” No doubt, there are many in the Hindu world who are held in chains. They are influenced, possessed and controlled by forces they are powerless against. Lord, break the chains of religion; break the chains of tradition; break the chains of social and familial pressure; break the chains of stubbornness and pride. Free these people, Lord, that they would be free indeed. May they no longer be blind to the chains that bind them. Rather, may they call out to You, the Rescuer, for their freedom.
